Hey hey hey!

For those of you who have the pleasure of talking to us in any social setting in the last 6 months you will know we have decided to take on Hyrox this November.

And for those who have been spared...Hyrox is a fitness challenge that consists of 8km of running interlaced with 8 intensive exercise stations against the clock.

If that wasn't enough of a challenge we are also aiming to raise as much money as possible for Macmillan, the UK's leading cancer charity helping those with cancer live life as fully as they can, providing physical, financial and emotional support.

Right now, more than 3 million people are living with cancer in the UK. By 2030 this figure will rise to 4 million. This is something that has directly affected both of us and our loved ones and is a cause close to lour hearts.
