Are you a thrill seeker? Or ready to conquer your fear of heights? Take part in our YMCA Abseiling Challenge and abseil down the iconic Forum in Norwich City Centre on Saturday 19th July 2025.

Where do the funds go?

YMCA Norfolk work with communities across the county to provide support and help to transform young lives. We offer housing services, support and advice, counselling, education opportunities, youth clubs, and so much more!

How can I get involved?

You can sign up and book your time slot by visiting the YMCA Norfolk website. Once your application has been accepted, you will receive a consent form and all the information you need to get started with fundraising.

There is no upper age limit, or weight limit, but we recommend consulting your doctor if you have any prior health issues before signing up to take part.

If this event isn't for you, you can still come on the day and show your support to others abseiling, we will have music, stalls and others things going on!
