Mind is a mental health charity which provides advice and support to empower anyone experiencing a mental health problem. It campaigns to improve services, raise awareness, and promote understanding.

Watch this space as we will be supporting Mind throughout the year by helping raise funds via various different activities. We will also be providing lots of content in association with Mind to help raise as much awareness as we can.

We want to ensure no one has to face a mental health problem alone.
