HCR Hewitsons has nominated Young Lives vs Cancer as its charity for the year.

This year on July 15th we are hosting our annual charity netball tournament.

Young Lives vs Cancer is a charity that helps children and young people (0-25) and their families find the strength to face whatever cancer throws at them.

As a charity they recognise everyone is different, so work hard to make sure each family has what they need to get through cancer. This can be a financial grant for parents struggling to keep children warm through their treatment or helping families stay together at 'Homes from Home' close to the hospital where their child is having treatment.

The charity has 6 core principles which shapes their work including assisting from the diagnosis, to financial support, helping young people thrive with their illness, bereavement support and campaigning for change.

The Cambridge office is thrilled to support Young Lives vs Cancer this year and hope to raise as much as possible to support this charity throughout the year.
