This might look like a simple van… but to HCT, it means so much more.

Our charity van is a lifeline for the homeless and vulnerable people we support every single week. It gets people to appointments they desperately need. It brings people back and forth to our Hub. It helps us reach people who have nowhere else to turn.

For some of the people we support, having no transport means having no way of getting help. 💔

And right now, our van is broken.

We desperately need to raise funds towards a replacement so that we can keep doing what we do.

We don't have a huge organisation behind us. We're a small community charity, run by people who care deeply about the people we support. Every penny we raise goes towards helping people in our community who are struggling, vulnerable, homeless or simply having the hardest time of their lives. ❤️

Our van has allowed us to say "yes, we'll take you."

"Yes, we'll get you there."

"Yes, we'll bring you back."

"Yes, we'll come and help."

We don't want a broken van to mean that suddenly we have to say "I'm sorry, we can't." 😢

So we're asking our amazing community to help us raise money towards a new HCT mobile hub. 🚐💗
