On the 22nd August 2026, I will be leading free Pilates sessions at Heart & Harmony Studio. The reformer classes will be free and we’re asking for donations rather than class payment 🤍

This event is in memory of my little brother, Jamie, who died after a long battle with mental health and addiction.

One of the things I think about most is how often Jamie was misunderstood. Like so many people facing addiction, struggling with their mental health or homelessness, Jamie’s struggles were often seen before the person he truly was. I’d like this to be a reminder that everyone deserves the chance to be supported without judgement.

That’s why we’ve chosen The Ark.

The Ark exists to offer practical support to people who are experiencing homelessness - everything from toiletries to basic facilities.
