The 2023 Cure Angelman Now (CAN) Campaign is now open. FAST UK's goal this year is to double what we raised in last year's campaign. We cant do this without your help so why don't you set yourself a target and help us smash our goal for CAN 2023.

Story

In 2018, we were truly blessed with our beautiful daughter Cecilia Bonnie Brady 'Ceci'. Ceci was diagnosed with Angelman Syndrome when she turned 2, which is a very rare neurogenetic disorder.

Tragically, we lost our daughter shortly before her 4th birthday. She was the most special little girl you could ever meet, she was the personification of sunshine, lighting up every room and face that she encountered. Ceci was such an inspiration and so we want to continue to raise funds and awareness of Angelman Syndrome to help find a cure for this debilitating disease, in honour of Ceci.

'AS' affects approximately 1 in 15,000 live births, or 500,000 people worldwide. Children and adults with 'AS' have balance issues, motor impairment, debilitating seizures, some never walk, and most do not speak, and have severe learning difficulties. So, as you can see, FAST is such an important charity to support.

As well as raising much needed funds for the FAST UK charity, we are hoping to celebrate our daughter’s life with an amazing fun-filled golf day.
