Myself and some of my colleagues from the Emergency Department are taking part in the annual The Shrewsbury and Telford Hospital NHS Trust charity football.
This year is to raise money for individuals living with dementia. The aim is to provide a better knowledge, understanding and all round patient care for those with a dementia diagnosis.
Any help would be hugely appreciated.
