On the 2nd Of May 2025 I'll be doing a 24 hour hike of Cadair Idris.

Im raising funds for SCBU - Glangwili Hospital. On the 1st of May 2018 my daughter Cala-Mai was born 6 weeks premature and since then she's grown into a bright and healthy girl. The care she received from all at the ward was amazing.

I can't thank the staff enough for looking after her and the families during our time at the Hospital. This is something l've wanted to do for a while and just a little something to give back for all their hard work. Thank you.
