Another year has gone by - 5 years since we lost Sarah suddenly to Vasculitis, a condition we had never heard of.❤️ 🌟

As seems to have become an annual tradition, I’ll be running the Great North Run again on the 10th September in her memory and in support of Vasculitis UK.

Vasculitis is rare and comes in several forms some of which sadly are fatal if not diagonosed and treated early enough. If you have 10mins, take a look at the Vasculitis UK website - you never know a little knowledge might help someone in future
