Hot on the heels of the Great North Run, today I set off on my latest crazy climb - this time to Nepal to climb Mera Peak, in Sarahs memory and for Vasculitis UK ❤️ 🌟

Mera Peak is the highest trekking peak in Nepal, standing at 6476m high where oxygen levels are only 44% vs 100% at sea level

These experiences are amazing but incredibly tough but Sarah is definitely with me all the way
