I’m fundraising for HEY Endo because I know what it’s like to feel lost, in pain, and without answers.

My name is Helen, and I’m one of the Co-Founders of HEY Endo. Like so many others, I spent years being dismissed, misdiagnosed, and left to struggle with debilitating symptoms. Living with endometriosis has affected every part of my life—from my health and relationships to my mental wellbeing.

Eventually, I was lucky enough to find support—but I’ll never forget how isolating and overwhelming it was before that. That’s why I helped start HEY Endo: to create the support I wish I had when I needed it most.

At HEY Endo, we offer a lifeline—peer support, safe spaces, sanitary products, and vital education for people across Hull and East Yorkshire living with this invisible illness. Every penny raised goes straight back into the community.
