Me, Hannah, Rohan and Kath are taking part in Moonlight Memory Walk Clevedon for Children’s Hospice South West.

Every step, raising money which all makes a difference to the children, young people and their families supported by charlton farm hospice. However long their journey, we walk alongside them making the most of the moments, cherishing the memories and supporting them.

🌙 £86 could fund 1 hour of care for a family at one of our 3 hospices

🌙 £125 could pay for a day of specialised sibling support for a bereaved brother or sister
