This year Michael Jell turns 60 - yes really and has asked his long term running partner Helen Colton (aka me) to tie up my running trainers and run a race I don’t particularly like a week after we both run a 21 mile fell race 😂

So we compromised - Helen and Michael will run together but in doing so will do it in memory of both our dads who both lost their lives to the horrible C but whom spent their final days being cared for in the Rotherham Hospice ….
