Weldmar Hospicecare provides specialist care for adults in Dorset with a life limiting illness, and support for their loved ones. All of their care is provided for free, and they need to raise over £27000 every day to continue providing all of our services. This includes their Specialist Hospice at Home Service, the hospice in Dorchester, counselling and bereavement support, and so much more.

A few special people I know, have been supported by Weldmar Hospice. This feels like the right thing to do, I love a challenge and to do so for such a worthy cause is really important to me.
