On October 11th Maureen and I will be running the Royal Parks Half Marathon for Rays of Sunshine.

The money raised will help brighten the lives of children who are living with serious or life-limiting illnesses, between the ages of 3-18, across the United Kingdom by granting their wish and supporting them in hospitals and hospices.
