I’m doing the Lionheart Sportive on Sunday 11th October, an event which is raising money for the MND charity My Name’5 Doddie.

MND is a cruel and debilitating disease. All money raised will go towards finding a cure, and any amount would be a welcome contribution to this cause.

I’ll be doing the 100 km route, which includes Kingsettle Hill, so there will be plenty of suffering involved.
