St Cath’s offer specialised care for people with life shortening conditions across Chorley, Preston and South Ribble. And I have no doubt that wherever you are in the world you will know someone whose life has been made better by the exceptional care and support that organisations like St Cath’s give. In what can be the darkest moments of life. ☹️
