In September 2026, I'll be cycling London to Paris for Action Medical Research (a far more organised effort than my usual Lime bike experience!).

But in all seriousness, I'm doing this to raise money for Action Medical Research, a UK charity with a long history of funding vital health research for babies, children and young people. The life-changing kind of stuff! Helping to beat polio, fight meningitis, prevent stillbirths and support the development of ultrasound scanning in pregnancy.

Today, they continue to drive forward children’s research. Helping to reduce premature births, supporting children with disabilities and developing cutting-edge treatments for rare and incurable diseases.

So, while I may curse every single training mile, your donation will help fund research that can make a real difference to a child's life. Thank you so much for supporting me in whatever way you can.
