Sunshine & Smiles is a registered charity that provides a support network in Leeds for children and people who have Down syndrome and their families We also run 21 Co. Cafe. Set up in 2011 we are the only specific support network in Leeds and fulfil a vital role in our local community.

Hi everyone 👋🏻 I’m running the Hardmoors 55 mile Ultra Marathon on the 22nd March to raise some money for the wonderful Sunshine and Smiles - Leeds Down Syndrome Network.

Sunshine and Smiles organise free groups and events to improve the lives and opportunities of children and families living with Down Syndrome in Leeds. This includes speech and language therapy, regular groups and activities, individual support and advocacy for families, as well as raising awareness and challenging preconceptions in the wider community.

I know any donations, no matter how small, will be greatly appreciated ☀️💙💛🙂
