Every day I'm inspired by young people who've been through absolute hell through my work as a Cancer Rehab Instructor with MOVE Against Cancer. So many people, friends and family have done their bit and fundraised for MOVE over the last few years and now it's my turn.

In 2024, I'll be taking on two full distance triathlons, via the Shropshire Way 80km festival in April. Challenge Roth in July and then Ironman Wales in September. While I've done an Ironman before, I've never done two in the space of two months. The last few years have also been a bit of a rollercoaster with anaemia, a broken wrist, and a burst appendix, so getting to one finish line, let alone two will be quite an achievement.

But if I can raise a bit of money to help continue the charity's incredible work, to support & inspire people to Move Against Cancer, then I'll be utterly thrilled, as I'm honoured to work for such an amazing charity.
