Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I need to sort out my physical and mental health, and want to support my Church whilst I do so. Running helped me with this before so I’m going to try again. I have just completed my first week of couch to 5K; if I keep going I will complete this by the end of 2024 and then I aim to run 10 Park Runs by my birthday at the end of May. That’s 2 Park Runs each month, hopefully not just in Canterbury!
