I am taking on a 5 day trek across Costa Rica in support of Deutsche Bank's UK Charity of the Year, MQ Mental Health Research.

This incredible challenge will take me from the capital city of San Jose into National Parks and through dense tropical rainforest, before reaching the majestic coastline of the Pacific Ocean. I will tackle heat, humidity, and steep climbs, while raising vital funds to support mental health research. I will also be tackling mosquitoes which will no doubt surround me!
