I will be taking part in a Cold Water Dip Challenge for Refuge this International Women's Day. On any given day, Refuge supports 7000 women and children. Just £10 could provide a woman arriving at a Refuge with the support she needs for her first night. Every £1 makes a difference. Please spare the cost of a coffee to help women be safe. Thank you!

Because it’s a work day I’ll be dipping in my pod in the garden but also will be doing a dip on the weekend at an outdoor site, venue tbc! Thanks everyone x
