Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit mine and Tilly's JustGiving page.

We are part of a small team of volunteers that have been visiting schools in the Hampshire area.

Tilly and I attend Oakmoor school in Bordon for example to help children with anxiety and stress reduction. Interacting with a calm animal helps children feel safer, encourages school attendance, and regulates emotions during overwhelming moments in their school day.

Tilly also acts as an excellent icebreaker, helping shy children, those afraid of dogs or those with special educational needs interact more easily with peers and teachers. Rewarding students with time to interact with the school dog can motivate positive behaviour and focus.

Tilly has a quirky frog-like laying position which she is well known for and which she wriggles into when she too is taking time out.
