I am raising funds for Kindled Spirit because as a female I am passionate about the subject and my mother has been involved with the charity from the outset.

Kindled Spirit, partners with Mumbai-based NGO Kshamata to break the cycle of exploitation and abuse among vulnerable young women primarily from rural India. Employing a three-stage rehabilitation model, incorporating an individually tailored support programme providing; trauma counselling, life skills, and vocational training. Over a 15-18-month period, the women gain confidence and independence, securing good jobs in various fields, thus contributing to an empowered community. Over the past 11-years, collectively we supported 3000+ women.

Kindled spirit is there to help Kshamata support girls/women overcome anything that has resulted from their exploitation or abuse, as no one should have to fight these battles alone
