I am participating in the Go Challenge 2025 - "The Musicals" in aid of the Berkshire MS Therapy Centre. I will be part of a team of fundraisers, working together to collectively cover around 3,000 kilometres (1864 miles!), celebrating various musicals along the way, from Billy Elliot to Cats, Sound of Music to Mamma Mia!

The challenge is open to anyone with MS, whether they attend physiotherapy or exercise classes or not.

We can cover the mileage:

- using the bikes in the gym

- adding kilometres from activity that you do from home

-attending classes and earn kilometres that way too

This is a significant undertaking, and I aim to raise funds to help the Centre achieve its goal of £10,000. Since they do not receive NHS funding, they depend on donations to continue offering the specialised exercise programs that their members need.

The Berkshire MS Therapy Centre provides vital support to local individuals managing Multiple Sclerosis, offering treatments not found elsewhere while fostering a community where people can connect and support one another. All funds raised during Go Challenge 2025 - "The Musicals" will go towards essential physiotherapy and exercise sessions for those with MS in 2025.
