In the last year I've lost some lovely people who meant a lot to me and I wanted to do something to raise money for the charities who supported them when they were ill.

Marie was a dear friend I made when setting up the Clifton Doves WI, she was a fan of outdoor swimming and would've probably wanted to join in the skinny dip at Spring Lakes.

I met Mike on my first night at the West Bridgford Social Singers, he was so kind and welcoming with a personality that would light up any room, he will always be my favourite Bass Man.
