Hello Friend,

Ok, so the news that I'm possibly a bit bonkers won't be a great surprise to you - but this year, I'm upping my game and saying yes to stuff that puts me well and truly outside of my comfort zone. (I hate heights.)

On Sunday, 25th June, I will be donning my best fancy dress costume and stepping out onto the wings of a vintage biplane over the Somerset countryside to do a wing walk in aid of the British Liver Trust - and I really need your help - please!

A charity whose research and work have helped one of my best friends, Natasha navigate through a liver transplant following a hereditary Polycystic Kidney & Liver Disease diagnosis, I'd like to say thank you to them for everything they've done for her and raise vital funds so they can continue to provide support to those who really need it.

The British Liver Trust provides advice and information to patients and families, campaigns and works with healthcare professionals to improve early diagnosis and patient care, raises awareness of how to look after your liver and supports research.
