2legsfor4 : Raising money for endangered tigers in Bandhavgarh National Park

Allan Blanchard is raising money for Tigers4Ever

Marathons back to back to raise funds for wild tigers! · 4 September 2025

Our ultimate goal is to prevent the extinction of wild tigers: Eliminating wild tiger deaths due to poaching/poisoning is vital to ensure that wild tigers will have a wild future. We do this by: - Anti-Poaching Patrols - Employment - Education - Safety advice - Reducing human-animal conflict.

Story

I am going to walk two marathons back to back with Paul Goldstein on September 4th and 5th this year to raise money for endangered tigers in Bandhavgarh, India.

Allan Blanchard saw his first wild tiger in Ranthambhore in February 1997, and ever since has supported small local NGO's in India who make a difference on the ground. Through his company Wildlife Trails, he organised the founders of Tigers4Ever first safaris to Bandhavgarh, and has seen first hand the amazing work they have accomplished.

Paul Goldstein is in equal measure, inspirational and a nutter, and if he is going to manage a frankly insane 25 marathons back to back as part of his initiative 2 legs for 4, the least I can do is keep him company for 2 legs! Although, he might not feel the same way about that on the day.

Please join Paul and I, and many others on the route, to walk, cheer us on, or make a donation to save wild tigers in India. Thank you so much for making a difference.

Lots of love
