Since my first visit to Wheels and Waves, I have loved to see the random collection of bikes run up the mountain near San Sebastian, Spain.

The noise, the smell of those various, but often old, bikes is compelling and whilst not really a race, all the riders take pride in taking part. The venue is pretty special too - views over the sea, with cows or sheep watching the riders too!

We exist to create meaningful and purposeful opportunities, for all bikers, so that together we grow the positive mental health of the biker community. We do this through 1 to 1 and peer support, events, activities and projects, working in partnership with other organisations and clubs.

Our ultimate aim is to reduce the number of people ending their lives by suicide in the UK.
