Running with rescue dogs

Story

I love dogs, probably more than I love most people but unfortunately that care isn’t shared across all of society.

Hilbrae rescue kennels have a massive job caring for dogs in need of a home; dogs that cannot be cared for through no fault of their own, dogs who have been orphaned, abandoned and/or suffered abuse and mistreatment.

I have met all manner of dogs at the kennels - not least my own family dog ‘Pip’ who was dumped with a badly damaged leg and they nursed and loved her back to health ❤️

I want to raise these funds to support the difficult job they do, and I’ve set myself the challenge of not just covering 50k in the month of March (part of their ‘50k for Hilbrae challenge’) - but to do it walking and running with as many dogs currently seeking a home as possible.

Follow the journey online and if you can donate - any amount, please do so to support the cause.

Thank you 😊
