Story
In the summer of 2026 Tom & Olivia Rossdale, Peter & Siobhan Brown and Alex & Magda Mul, along with their 5 children, will embark on a transformative journey to Peru, participating in a Charity Volunteering trip that aims to make a significant impact.
We are proud to support Kiya Survivors, a UK charity focused on improving the lives of children with disabilities, such as Spina Bifida. In Mancora, in North-Western Peru, the support system for these children is minimal, and our mission is to change that.
Our work will involve building essential facilities and creating equipment that will enhance the life chances and educational opportunities for these remarkable children. The funds we raise will directly contribute to purchasing necessary equipment and hiring local experts who will collaborate with us on various selected projects. Additionally, we aim to bolster general fundraising efforts for Kiya Survivors.
We want to assure you that every penny raised will be dedicated solely to this cause; our travel and accommodation expenses will be fully funded by ourselves.
On Sunday the 13th July, as a team we undertook a “1200km Cycling Challenge” to represents the distance between Lima and Mancora in Peru, which we will be travelling in 2026.
Between our team of 6 adults, supported by members of the public, we reached our target on one of the hottest days of the year. The support from the public was overwhelming, and has contributed a significant amount to our cause, for which we are extremely grateful.
We invite you to join us in our continuing challenge, as we’re targeting to raise £10,000 for Kiya Survivors, which will help us create lasting change in the lives of these children who deserve every opportunity to thrive.
Together, we can make a difference!
