This year, I’ll be taking on Ironman Wales 2026 to raise funds for the Cardiff & Vale Health Charity, supporting the physiotherapy department at UHW to purchase specialist equipment to help patients get the most out of their rehabilitation.

After I sustained a severe collarbone dislocation last December, I managed my own rehabilitation with the support of my team, managing to avoid needing surgery. My journey has reminded me how crucial the right equipment and care are for the best possible recovery.
