Hello All,

In October of this year I will be lacing up my trainers and racing around the streets of Cardiff in the Cardiff Half Marathon.

In doing so I will be raising money for the Sepsis Trust UK. As you may know my mother had a battle with sepsis back in 2019. We are all very grateful that she was able to overcome this and still be with us here today. Sepsis really can affect anyone with there being over 11 million deaths every year from 49 million cases globally. Any donation of any amount would be greatly appreciated, you know what they say - every little helps!
