92km Great Glen Challenge · 19 September 2025

SOC is a charity event supported by the property and construction industries. The event raises funds to finance capital projects benefitting the homeless or disadvantaged children. The spectacular carol service of 9 lessons and festive carols is performed by celebrated names and a cathedral choir.

Story

On Friday 19th September, I will be attempting an epic kayaking race along the Great Glen in Scotland to raise funds for The Story of Christmas Appeal. This incredible journey usually takes 4–5 days—but I’m aiming to complete it in just 2 days, covering a total of 92 km.

Day 1: Starting at 6:00 AM in Fort William, I will kayak 44 km to Fort Augustus.

Day 2: I will tackle the 48 km crossing of Loch Ness, finishing at Muirtown in Inverness.

Every stroke of my paddle will help support a cause close to my heart. Your support no matter how big or small will make a real difference.
