Me and my partner Ellie suddenly lost our baby boy unexpectedly at 16 weeks of pregnancy. In a terribly traumatic time the support we received from Sands was truly incredible along with the amazing care of the NHS staff. The most shocking thing about loss during pregnancy was finding out how unfortunately common it really is.
