Story
Hi I'm Henry and I am nearly 10 years old.
I started growing my hair 2.5 years ago because I wanted long hair like my dad used to have. Over this time I have thought about my long hair and what I want to do with it (there has been talk of a mullet!) but in the end, I thought I just wanted to do something that might help someone else. My mum mentioned that The Little Princess Trust use people's long hair to make wigs for people who might have lost theirs though illness or accident. That's when I decided I would grow my hair long enough to donate it to this great cause.
Please support me on what will be a nearly 3 year growing journey to help those who need it, via The Little Princess Trust! Every penny really counts and your support will definitely spur me on to get THE BIG CHOP!
I'll be cutting my hair just before the summer holidays so there's loads of time to donate and I will be filming it and uploading so you can see it really happen!
Thank you so much everyone, please read below about TLPT.
The Little Princess Trust provides real hair wigs, free of charge, to children and young people who have lost their own hair through cancer treatment or to other conditions such as Alopecia.
The charity is also one of the largest funders of childhood cancer research in the UK.
The Little Princess Trust relies solely on the generosity of its wonderful supporters who help the charity give Hair and Hope to so many children and young people with cancer each year.
