Welsh Three Peaks Challenge – Supporting 'The Lighthouse Charity' on 14th May 2026

In May, a team from Hercules PLC will be taking on the Welsh Three Peaks Challenge, climbing Snowdon, Cadair Idris and Pen y Fan — all in one day.

This is no small feat. It’s a tough physical and mental challenge that will push us well outside our comfort zones. But we’re doing it for a cause that truly matters to our industry: The Lighthouse Charity.

The Lighthouse Charity provides vital emotional, physical, and financial support to construction workers and their families when they need it most. From mental health support to emergency financial aid, their work is life-changing — and in many cases, lifesaving.

Every step we take is in support of the people who keep our industry moving. Any donation, big or small, will make a real difference and help ensure support is there when it’s needed most.
