Byddaf yn rhedeg y wlad cyfan o'r gogledd i de, 16 milltir i gyd. A'r cyfan ar ran Gol! Cymru, elusen cefnogwyr pel droed Cymru. Mae Gol! yn helpu plant a phobl ifanc difreintiedig ble bynnag mae Cymru yn chwarae. Trwy ymweld a chartrefi plant amddifaid a chanolfannau pobl ifanc, mae Gol! yn darparu cefnogaeth ymarferol i'r rheini sydd angen help, boed yng Nghymru neu thramor. Yn gwerthfawrogi pob cyfraniad: Diolch yn fawr!

Thank you for visiting! On 14 November 2025, the day before the FIFA World Cup qualifying game Liechtenstein v Cymru, I'll be running Liechtenstein, a cross-country running challenge: literally! I'll be running the entire country from north to south, a total of 16 miles. And all for Gol! Cymru, the Welsh football supporters charity. Gol! helps deprived children and young people wherever Cymru play. By visiting orphanages and young people centres, Gol! provides practical support to those that need help, in Cymru or abroad.
