Hethertons Solicitors is pleased to announce that our 2025 chosen Charity of the year is York Special Care Baby Unit (SCBU).

The object of the Group is the relief, care and treatment of premature and sick new born babies in the Special Care Baby Unit at York Hospital, by providing and assisting in the provision of specialised medical or surgical equipment and improved amenities and facilities including education and vocational training.

Over the course of the year, Hethertons will be helping to raise money for this local Support Group, as well as doing all we can to increase local awareness of the charity’s work so they can continue to give a better start in life to the tiny or sick babies and their families who have been treated and cared for on the unit.
