Every year I select a charity to raise money for at random (based on suggestions from my clients).

In 2023 it's for Guide Dogs for the blind.

My goal each year is to raise £1k from bonus Saturday classes, money raised from my HGFIT merch, my FIT Plans and from physical events.

Event 1 is the 24 hour challenge - 1200 burpee and 12 miles of running to be completed in under 24 hours.

Please do sponsor if you can afford- we did a similar challeng last year and it was brutal!

5 classes back to back for £25 and half goes to the charity. Option to pay £5 for an online option.

Almost two million people in the UK are living with sight loss that has a significant impact on their daily lives. Of those, around 180,000 rarely leave their homes alone and lead lonely, isolated lives.

Guide Dogs works for a world where people with sight loss are never left out of life, for a world where being blind or partially sighted is not what defines you. A world with enough support to make the challenges of sight loss no barrier to fulfilling hopes and dreams.
