Hawkley Staff Yorkshire 3 Peaks Challenge, 9 September 2023
We support young people at risk of suicide to stay safe and find hope in times of need

Story

In September, nearly 30 staff will be completing the Yorkshire 3 Peaks scaling Pen-y-Ghent, Whernside and Ingleborough. This tough challenge is a 24-miles (38.6km) round trip route, and includes 1585m (5200ft) of ascent.

The staff will be preparing over the summer holidays completing a number of walks to get ready for the big one!

We are all committed to raising as much money as possible to support the fantastic work of this vital charity.

PAPYRUS is the national Charity for the Prevention of Young Suicide.

Suicide is the biggest killer of young people under the age of 35 in the UK. PAPYRUS provides confidential support and advice to young people struggling with thoughts of suicide, and anyone worried about a young person through their helpline, HOPELINE247.

Every £5 raised can contribute towards a life-saving contact to HOPELINE247. Your donations really are lifesaving, thank you.

Please support us in any way you can.
