Frazer's fundraiser for Alzheimer's Research UK

Frazer Cross is raising money for Alzheimer's Research UK

High Peak 40 · 19 September 2026

Alzheimer’s Research UK is the UK’s leading dementia research charity. We’re striving for a cure, by revolutionising the way we treat, diagnose and prevent dementia.

Story

On the 19th September I will be running 40 miles in the Peak District taking part in the High Peak 40 Ultra-marathon in support of Alzheimer's Research UK. I'm doing it with one simple goal in mind: to help support a future free from dementia.

Every 3 minutes, dementia changes a life and affects families in ways that can be deeply hard to put into words. That's why research matters so much.

Alzheimer's Research UK is leading the way in the UK, working towards better ways to diagnose dementia, develop new treatments, and ultimately find a cure. I'd be so grateful if you could support and help me reach my target of £2,000.

Every donation, no matter the size, helps move vital research forward and brings hope to everyone affected by dementia. Please donate if you can, and share this page to help spread the word.
