From the 1 -7 December, B&Q colleagues are coming together to raise funds for Shelter and their partner charities, taking on challenges inspired by the number 170. Whether it’s baking 170 mince pies, chatting to 170 customers about Pennies, or walking 170 laps of a store, we’re getting creative to help raise awareness and make a difference.

To kick start the week of fundraising, Paddy Earnshaw, B&Q’s Retail, Property and Technology Director, will be swimming, running, cycling and rowing a mammoth 170km in 2 days, finishing with 170mins of dancing back at SSO.

B&Q has partnered with Shelter since 2017. We share the belief that everyone should have a place they can call home.

B&Q will also be supporting with a donation from real Christmas trees and other festive products, as well as match funding donations from colleague fundraising and Pennies.
