In September 2024, Michael lost his life suddenly and unexpectedly at the age of 26. Michael was a fit young man who truly loved life. This loss has been felt deeply amongst many and this fundraiser has been organised in the hope to offer a charitable donation to a very worthy cause.

To honour Michael's life and to raise money for SADS UK, colleagues/friends of Michael, Alicia and Abi, have arranged a hike up Kinder Scout, the highest point in The Peak District. The 8 mile hike will be completed by Michael's family, friends and colleagues on 26th April 2025.

Donations will help fund research and equipment to prevent the sudden and premature deaths of young adults, as well as emotional support for those impacted by SADS. Any donation you can afford will be largely appreciated by all of those who know and love Michael, as well as those at SADS UK.
