Hikes & Co 2024 Charity Challenge Hike will be a one day traverse of the Mourne Wall, in aid of Mourne Mountain Rescue Team.

The event will take place on 6th July.

The Mourne Wall is 22 miles long and takes in 15 peaks, including 6 of the 7-7's. This is a very strenuous challenge, taking in some of the most beautiful scenery this country has to offer.

As with all our events, we do not employ guides, mountain leaders, or first aiders. The events are self guided, though we will hike as a group. Everyone participates at their own risk.

This allows us to hand over 100% of funds raised to Mourne Mountain Rescue Team. The Mountain Rescue team is entirely self funded relying on public donations. It is made up of 36 volunteers who are on call 24hrs a day, 365 days a year to help anyone who gets into trouble in the hills.
