Inspired by the incredible work done by Rob Burrow and Kevin Sinfield I'm "Running for a Mate" to help raise vital funds for The Rob Burrow Centre for Motor Neurone Disease Appeal!

Not only do I find these legends inspirational, the story of ‘running for a mate’ truly resonates with me. It got me really back hitting the roads training and thinking about those that would love to be able to do just that. I’ve found this really powerful and it’s helped enormously with my mental health.
