On 6th September my sister, Linda, friend Susan and I will all take part in a 12-mile trail across the Gower Peninsula to raise as much money as we can for Marie Curie.

£3 helps fund a meal for a patient in a Marie Curie hospice.

£26 helps help fund an hour of bereavement support by phone or webchat.

£207 helps fund nine hours of overnight nursing care in a patient's home.
