Having swum the English Channel in 2024, and one of the four recognised Bristol Channel routes in 2025, Hildi is taking on not one, but TWO channel crossings this year: Penarth to Clevedon and Swansea to Ilfracombe (two more Bristol Channel routes - with Swansea Ilfracombe being even longer than the English Channel). And that’s not all!!!

Hildi and Benji are also swimming:

* 12 hours continuous swim at Dawn to Dusk in Wales in June

* A relay of 24 hours at Shepperton Wild Swimming (with fellow Brighton swimmer Vita joining to take some of the load!)

* Another 24 hour swim: a mile on the hour every hour for 24 hours at Guildford Lido

* 15km at Dock to Dock in September with their Pool to Pier buddies

We are very excited that Polly (Hildi’s eldest daughter) will also be joining us at Dock to Dock for her first ever open water event!!!

Please show us your support. Polly has fought back from several years of illness to be back swimming again - she needs to feel the love!! And because we all love swimming so much we want to make sure all kids get the chance to learn. Sponsoring us will support the charity Level Water, who provide swimming lessons for children with disabilities.

Our target is £1000 but we know we have generous and supportive friends so we want to smash that!!!!
